Return Window

Customers must notify our Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving their order if there is an issue. Returns must be shipped back to us promptly once approved.


Eligibility Criteria

Returns are only accepted if the customer receives a product different from what was ordered.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.

  • The return request must include proof of order and photographic evidence showing the discrepancy.

Note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or buyer’s remorse. Products purchased from third-party sellers are not eligible for return.


Return Process

  1. Email us at service@mimibeautyhome.com or use our support form on the website  within 24 hours of delivery, including:

    • Order number

    • Description and photo of the incorrect item received

  2. Once your return is approved, you will be given the return address.

  3. Pack the item securely and include your order number inside the package.

  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.


Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will be issued an exchange for the correct product originally ordered.

  • In the event the correct item is unavailable, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Processing time: Refunds or exchanges are typically processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the return.


Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • We do not reimburse or cover shipping fees incurred during the return process.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will provide instructions for replacement or refund accordingly.
